Analysis - Where are the gaps now? What competencies do we want to focus on and why? How will we define success? Who will be the audience? How will the materials be delivered? What resources do we want to use?
Design - Content, format, activities, materials. Determine objectives of each session.
Development - Pilot where possible, materials and content review.
Implementation - Roll out, delivery schedule and time-table.
Evaluation - Post course delivery. Did we achieve our goals? Maybe done at any stage.
