There are three main stages of the consultation process. 

The Bullard lifecycle of the church provides the insights for establishing a church's current placement in its lifecycle. It also clearly outlines the components for vibrant, growing, and fruitful congregations. Those components include: vision, relationships, ministries, and structure. During the on-site consultation, the consultant will identify the health of the church through the filters of those four key components. 

We at Leadership4Transformation believe that a church's greatest chance for true transformation comes from engaging with a professional church consultant. 

Our team can provide you with an outside pair of eyes, ears, and experience . . . in order to determine where your church is today and what needs to be done in order to become the church God is calling you to be. 

This process is focused on discernment. We are not perfect . . . but we follow one who is.
